Wow. A whole 2/10 of a pound overnight! The pounds are just melting off!

Things went okay yesterday, but I did eat a bit more than I should have at dinner. I didn’t get my second walk in either. Not off to a perfect start.

Today for breakfast: a bowl of whole grain cereal, half a cup of lowfat yogurt, and 2 Tbsp. psyllium husks in a cup of cranberry juice. Psyllium husks are a fiber source, so they are good for the digestive track and keep you feeling full. For lunch I had a bowl of tomato soup with half a sandwich and a handfull of blue corn chips with some homemade southwestern salsa (black beans, corn, tomato, onion). Dinner will be a challenge tonight since we are meeting some friends at Round Table Pizza.

Off for my walk now.

I can get rid of .2 of a pound by using the white porcelain bowl in my house! ;-)

I guess people who count their weight in tenths of ounces must be thinking of it in a light of tithing, or something similar. But hey, who am I to judge. I haven't been eating right for a while and I need to get out and ride my bike.

Hmmmm. Tithing your body weight? Interesting discussion topic.

Good on ya! Keep it up, mate!

So, are you counting calories, or just eyeballing your serving sizes? I'm just curious. I usually weigh everything when I'm in full swing, but now I count what I can and eyeball what I can't.

I only weigh in once a week, however. I find it easier to see a change that I can recognize. Plus, I don't think I could look the scale in the eye every day!! I may start posting my weight when I weigh in next Sunday. That should be a laugh!!

    Keep on keepin' on!
